Couple retreat with some quirks
The hot tub in our room was a total game changer , made winding down a delight after long days out. the location was spot on for evening walks through the charming streets.
It wasn’t exactly a steal , but the experience had its worth.

Had a lovely 11-night stay! The room was spacious and comfy. The location near Old Town was perfect for evening strolls. Just a heads up—struggled a bit with noise from upstairs, but overall, it was a great experience.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town.
Our stay was riddled with issues that marred the experience. We struggled with the lack of basic amenities like toilet paper and towels. it was particularly frustrating to have to trek back and forth to the sister hotel just to fulfill these basic needs. the room had issues with the hot tub, as it presented dirty water upon use, and the noise from the streets outside was quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax after a long day of exploring.

The room we stayed in was well-maintained and comfortable. We appreciated that it included a hot tub, which was a nice touch after a day of exploring.
Unfortunately, we encountered issues with noise from the ground floor and had difficulties with limited staff availability, making it hard to get basic supplies when needed.

Amazing room with a view!
My partner and I had an awesome 2-night stay! We got a free room upgrade, and the balcony view was gorgeous. The jacuzzi was a life-saver after a long day exploring! Breakfast was super fresh. Only thing is, the parking could be a bit tricky, but the staff helped us out. Thanks for everything!

The accommodation was perfect! Centrally located in Old Town Chania, my room was in immaculate condition, offering a luxurious feel despite the building's historic charm. The staff were remarkably present, speaking English fluently and providing attentive service. I found it especially convenient being close to the central bus station for easy access to the beach and exploring local attractions.
A bit noisy at night due to street performances.

Nothing not too like.
